Iran VIP Tours (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect, and why
When you send us a trip enquiry (the homepage planning form): your destination interests, travel dates, number of travellers, email address, and any optional add-ons you tick (visa help, hotels, driver, domestic flights, SIM card, insurance, local guide, bank card). We use this only to prepare and reply to your itinerary request.
When you request a specific service (the “Request a service” form under Our Services): the service(s) you selected, your name and email. Used only to respond to that request.
When you apply for an Iran visa through our visa application page: your personal, passport and trip details, and — optionally — a photo of your passport data page or a passport-style photo. This is the most sensitive data we handle, so we treat it accordingly:
- It is emailed directly to our office and is never stored in our website’s database.
- Optional photo uploads are attached to that one email and are never saved to the website’s public file storage — they exist only for the moment it takes to send the email, then are gone.
- We only use this information to process your visa application and communicate with you about your trip.
When you submit a review: your name, location, trip details, star rating and quote. Reviews are held for our approval before anything is published, so we can catch spam or errors before they go live. Approved reviews (name, location, quote, rating) are displayed publicly on this site — please don’t include anything in a review you wouldn’t want shown publicly.
Automatically, from visiting the site: standard technical information any website receives (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address) — used only to keep the site running and secure.
Who sees your information
Your enquiry, service request and visa application details are seen only by the Iran VIP Tours team who work directly on trip planning. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties except:
- Iranian hotels, guides, drivers and other local partners, but only the details needed to arrange your specific trip (e.g. your name and dates for a hotel booking) — not your full enquiry or visa data.
- If required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and service-request emails are kept as long as needed to plan your trip and for our own business records, then deleted periodically. Visa application data is never stored on the website at all — it exists only in the one email sent to our office, subject to our email provider’s own retention.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — email us at contact@iranviptours.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
